The person behind Volterra
Volterra isn't a catalog with a logo: it's real estate advisory with a name, a face and professional credentials.
An engineer's analysis,
a neighbor's warmth
I'm Luis Carlos Zamora, industrial engineer and founder of Volterra. Before dedicating myself to real estate I worked in banking, where I learned what truly defines a good purchase: financing, credit viability and the numbers behind every property.
That combination is Volterra's reason for being: personal, transparent real estate advisory with technical judgment. It's not about pushing a property on you — it's about listening to what you need, analyzing the conditions and finding the option that truly fits your goals and means.
I specialize in guiding the entire transaction: valuation, financial analysis, credit viability and bank-owned (foreclosed) properties — a market full of exceptional opportunities that few know how to navigate.
From Tilarán we serve Guanacaste and northern Puntarenas, with our sights set on the rest of Costa Rica. My commitment is simple: that you feel supported from the first conversation until the keys are in your hand, with clear information and advice designed to protect your investment.
Three things we never compromise on
Listen first
Before we show you anything, we understand what you need, what for, and on what budget. The right property comes from there.
Numbers on the table
Objective valuation, financing viability and honest analysis. No surprises after closing.
With you the whole way
From the first conversation to the handover of keys: paperwork, financing and closing, with someone who actually picks up the phone.
